SEAoT: Membership

Membership

All civil engineering students interested in structural engineering are highly encouraged to join SEAoT. Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to join.

Students can enjoy a number of benefits by joining SEAoT which include:

· Regular interaction with structural engineering professionals and faculty.

· Monthly meetings which include food and seminars from research activities conducted by experts in academic and professional fields.

· Attendance to monthly SEAoT meeting in Houston with the Houston/Gulf Coast chapter of SEAoT (great place to network).

· Opportunity to present your research in a annual symposium.

· Attendance to the structural student/faculty picnic where you can challenge structural faculty in the annual volleyball game!

To become a member print out the two forms below and fill them out. Put the two forms and dues (cash or check) in an envelope and give to a SEAoT officer. Dues for are $20/semester. When possible yearly rates are reduced.

Liability Waiver (needed due to intramurals and travel to Houston)

Forms/Dues can always be submitted or paid at any SEAoT meeting. We will have copies for you to fill out at all SEAoT meetings.
